I was fortunate to work with the inspiring founders of Ucardia to help them enhance their storytelling, establish a consistent tone, and engage their target audiences more effectively. I helped them develop a brand story and full website copy to accompany the launch and rebrand of their services.
Process
The project began with an interview with the founders. During this phase, I had an open discussion with the team about who they are, what they do, and what values and mission they stand for.
I established a strong foundation based on the information provided by the founders as well as the references and inspirations they provided.

During the research phase, I began researching the references provided and digging into current competitors. I was able to find relevant statistics, studies, and verbiage that effectively captured the soul of what Ucardia was striving to present to their audience.

During the creation phase, I implemented my notes on verbiage, voice, relevant competitiors, statistics, and more to craft a unified story that made prospective customers understand the importance of the heart and the value of a modern tool that utilizes personalized assistance and technology to make this process easy.
